Shipping: All items are shipped USPS Priority or First-Class mail with a tracking/confirmation number.
Refunds and Exchanges: We work very hard to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not, please message us with an explanation of why you are not happy with your item.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refund is for item only; shipping will not be refunded. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

Item must be returned in original packaging and in same condition as received.

As with any handmade item, colors vary (colors may appear different based on your computers monitor). If your yarn arrives a little squished from shipping you may have to 'reshape' the item . If you are requesting a custom order, A photo can be emailed for approval before the item is shipped. NO RETURNS on custom orders, as they are 'approved' before shipping.
